What was shown
On May 5, 2021, Adele shared a black-and-white birthday portrait on Instagram with the Saturn design visible on her inner forearm. Business Insider described the post as the first detailed view of the tattoo and credited the image to Adele’s Instagram account.
In an October 2021 Vogue interview, Adele showed the tattoo and identified it as Saturn with a drawing of Los Angeles in the middle. Coverage disagrees about which arm is pictured, so the placement is described here without assigning a side.

The paired try-on artwork is a source-conditioned interpretation of the visible Saturn, rings, skyline, and palm-tree motif, not a pixel-exact replica of every ink mark.
