On November 27, 2017, Dwayne Johnson shared the completed tattoo on Instagram and credited artist Nikko Hurtado. Johnson described four sessions and approximately 30 hours of work, with the bull’s horns positioned forward.
Muscle & Fitness reported the reveal as an update to the Brahma bull on Johnson’s right arm. LA Weekly described the finished piece as a hyper-realistic bull skull covering an older bull tattoo on his upper arm.

The paired try-on artwork is a source-conditioned interpretation of the visible bull-skull motif, not a pixel-exact replica of every ink mark.
