Lady Gaga’s “La Vie en Rose” tattoo traces a rose down her spine

On February 14, 2019, Lady Gaga shared the finished tattoo on Instagram and credited tattoo artist Daniel Winter, known as Winter Stone. Her post described the piece as a tattoo toast to “la vie en rose” and showed the design running vertically along her back.

Vogue reported that Winter spent two hours creating the tribute along Gaga’s spine. Inked documented the same reveal as a single-needle rose with the words “La Vie en Rose” arranged around its thorned stem.
