Sophie Turner's interlocking triangle upper-arm tattoo

Sophie Turner has a small interlocking triangle tattoo on the outside of her left upper arm. Steal Her Style identifies the three corner marks as the Greek letters lambda, phi, and epsilon and credits tattoo artist Maxime Plescia-Buchi. In the artist's original post, he described matching tattoos for Turner and her brother Will, designed by them.

Turner later described the three triangles as representing reason, spirit, and appetite in Plato's account of the soul, connecting the design to herself and her two brothers. The visible ink remains compact on the upper arm: thin black angular lines, with one small Greek letter near each corner.
